Since its inaugural edition, Roma Jewelry Week has linked the city’s artistic and cultural heritage with the ancient art of goldsmithing and the innovation of contemporary jewelry.
The theme of the 2023 edition of Roma Jewelry Week is "Second Life." In step with the technological evolution shifting interest increasingly toward virtual reality, RJW aims to approach these themes reflectively—without turning away from the present, yet engaging in a dialogue with the future. This reflection encourages us to reinterpret and create new balances, while respecting the laws of nature. In this sense, the "Second Life" theme can be understood as breathing new life into an object that has already lived a life of its own.
