From Saturday, October 3 to Sunday, October 11, 2015, Palazzo Velli will host an exhibition dedicated to the history of Italian radio between 1905 and 1945, drawing on the family archives of two key figures: Luigi Ranieri and Cesare Ferri. In addition to the opening on October 3, a highlight not to be missed is the conference on October 6 at 6:00 PM, focusing on radio and its pioneers; the event will feature professors Gabriele Balbi, Enrico Menduni, and Franco Monteleone, historian Giuseppe Parlato, as well as journalists and RAI representatives. Princess Elettra Marconi will serve as the event's patroness.
The exhibition is organized by Palazzo Velli Expo and the Arnaldo Ferri Association.
